The lead up to Christmas!

I am so so excited for Christmas. I have already started getting the blow up Santa out and Parker is memorizing the Christmas carols already. I just LOVE it!

So we had Parker's 2nd birthday Party at the end of September and just kept it very low key with a little dinner out. He really loved the day though which was so nice to see

Parker just loves spending time with Grandad and Grandma White

He also got some pretty amazing presents from relatives and friends near and far so thank you everyone!

Parker also loves kissing his little baby sister lol

Then Ryan had 2 weeks off work which was lovely... Well actually it was days and days and days of drilling, sawing, hammering and FLATPACKS... We started the kitchen renovations.

Our laundry getting demolished

And we have started back up with Parker's swimming lessons and he is just so lovely in the water. He is listening to his favourite teacher, Joseph, and paddles, and blows bubbles and kicks...so cute!

September 2012 and Baby Lindsay

Well we are half way and very exited to annouce we are going to have a little girl around the house.

This is her, she has a lovely big mouth and she was very playful. She just loves it when parker Squeezes my tummy and kisses my belly button.

He is also getting used to calling her "baby sister" or has named her "Coco Fifi" ?????? I think we will discuss this further when the time is right!

She is nice and healthy and I am only just starting to feel pregnant which is nice. The only other adjustment we have needed is Parker now falls alseep for nap time curled up on the bump which is so comfy!

This is just a little selfy i took a few days ago but I will try and get a better one soon

Today Bec and I took the kids to Floriade and they had a lovely time. I only got a few snaps but I will get a few more off bec.

And i turned around for 1 second whilst Parker was "smelling" the flowers and this is what happened...

We also managed to get to the Dinosaur Museum which the kids really enjoyed, except for the animated ones that roar very loudly...

So the next pics you can expect are from our upcoming kitchen renovations in Ryan's holiday. So excited!!!!!
And of course Parker is turning 2 in a few days which we are just having a dinner for.

Love you all very much

Hi All,

As you would all know by now, we are having another little Lindsay. Ryan, Parker and I are very excited and this morning we went to get a "photo baby" as Parker put it. And this is he/she

We enjoyed Ryan's holiday break even though all three of us were sick at some point :(
We went bowling which Parker LOVED!

We have put Parker in his new Big Boy Bed. He has so far been a little angel in it!

We also celebrated Ryan's 30th Birthday at our house for an evening BBQ in freezing conditions. We had heaters and a fire so people were still okay. This is the cake i made my beatiful husband!

My sister and her kids and Parker and I also went for a little weekend to the coast which was so much fun

Lots of love to everyone and i will update again soon!

Amazing tropical get-a-way

It started on a cold Canberra morning (obviously). We were all packed and ready for our flight to Brisbane to see Ryan's Brother and his family and Ryan's mum, then my Dad and Jo.

We got into Brisbane and picked up our rental car which was suprizingly nice. And headed to James (Ryan's Brothers house). We saw Parker's Aunty Lise, cousin Ben (below) and met for the first time the beautiful Ben.

Parker had his first encounters with living with doggys and was actually pretty good in the end!

Going for a walk before fish and chips with Nanna

After Brisbane we boarded another plane and flew to Townsville.
We stayed with Ryan's Brother Marc and his family and it was lovely!

We then drove all the way up to Port Douglas leaving at the sharp hour of 5am. It just so happened that Parker was also experiencing some irritable bowel issue this day and we left a few lovely droppings in Tully...thanks!
(sorry again, i cant fix these ones on the side)

So after a 5 hr journey and a few stops and naps we made it to the magestic Port Douglas.
We stayed at Paradise Links (just stunning)

Parker enjoyed the facilities
Sorry, Im rushing but if i don't i will never get this done!
So we saw crocadiles, koalas, kangaroos and lots of little spiders...

We had some rainforest adventures (not involving warthogs like my childhood adventures but fun never the less)

Love to you all and I will try and post some photos of Ryan's 30th soon!

No summer for us!

So we have not had alot of nice weather of late. Rain, rain and more rain which is driving all of us nuts. So when we do get nice weather we are out gardening, riding our bikes, off to the park or painting! We even managed to get to the show without too much wet weather! Parker really enjoyed his show bag - Sesame street ;)

We had Ryan's book lauch (Beginnings) a colaboration with some writers and artists here in Canberra, it went well and they have sold all the copies with a profit so they will write more in the coming years.

NEXT UP HOLIDAYS
